Terms of Use

Effective October 22, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Aisatsu LLC ("we", "us") covering the Gweneth app, its license keys, and this website. By downloading, installing, or using Gweneth, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use Gweneth.

Who can use Gweneth

You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

Trial and license

Trial. You can use every feature free for 7 days from first launch. After that, your chats stay readable and searchable, but you need a license key to keep chatting.
License. When you buy Gweneth, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it on Macs you own or control. The license is perpetual and includes every future update of Gweneth we release, at no extra charge.
Your key is for you. Don't share, publish, or resell your license key, and don't redistribute, resell, or rent Gweneth itself. We may revoke a key that has been shared publicly or obtained by fraud.
No circumvention. Don't bypass or disable the trial or license checks, or help others do so.

Payments and refunds

Gweneth costs a one-time $9 USD, plus any tax shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Since you can try every feature for free before buying, purchases are generally final, but if something is wrong, email hello@aisatsu.co and we'll make it right. This doesn't limit any refund rights you have under the law where you live.

AI output

Gweneth generates text with AI models running on your Mac. That output can be wrong, misleading, or offensive, and it may not reflect reality. The abliterated models in particular have had their safety refusals removed and may produce content other models wouldn't.

Gweneth is not a person and not a substitute for professional advice, including medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services.
You are responsible for your prompts, scripts, and what you do with the output. Don't use Gweneth to break the law or to harm others.
Your content belongs to you. We never see it, because it stays on your Mac.

Third-party models and software

Gweneth downloads open-weight models (such as Qwen3.5 and Whisper) from Hugging Face and runs them with open-source software including llama.cpp and whisper.cpp. Those models and components are made by others and are subject to their own licenses, which you agree to follow. We don't control them or guarantee their behavior or availability.

Updates and changes

We may release updates that add, change, or remove features. We may change these terms; the effective date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use Gweneth after a change means you accept it.

No warranty

GWENETH IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT GWENETH OR ITS OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT YOUR DATA WILL NOT BE LOST. KEEP YOUR OWN BACKUPS.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AISATSU LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE GWENETH OR ITS OUTPUT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO GWENETH IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR IT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DON'T ALLOW THESE LIMITS, SO THEY MAY NOT FULLY APPLY TO YOU.

Ending these terms

You can stop using Gweneth and delete it at any time. If you break these terms, your license ends and you must stop using Gweneth. The sections on AI output, no warranty, and limitation of liability survive.
